Biography

Hello and welcome to my blog. My name is Jennifer Sturz, and I am a Syracuse University student. As a Business Management Major in the College of Professional Studies, I am striving to further my education, which will, in turn, further my future employment opportunities. My goal from my education is to work in the operations part of a company.  I enjoy working in the background to help a company work efficiently.  I work at Uncle Giuseppes Marketplace as a head cashier and customer service representative. Uncle Giuseppes is an Italian supermarket that specializes in Italian specialties like fresh cheese, pasta, and homemade baked goods.  

My love of the fiber arts, such as Knitting and Quilting, keeps me busy when I am not working or working toward my degree. It is a hobby that is relaxing after a long day.

I grew up on Lomg Island and now live in Westchester County, New York, with my husband of five years.  We enjoy the beauty of the Mid-Hudson Valley and all it has to offer.  Being only fifty minutes by train to New York City, we feel we have the best of both worlds.  A little bit of the suburbs and a little bit of city life.

I look forward to creating a blog to help me grow as a writer.  Blogging is a great new world for me, and I look forward to exploring it.
